What We Believe

Here are our statements of faith:

We believe God is a God who lovingly and graciously accepts people as they are.

We believe He calls us to change our lives to reflect the service, sacrifice, and character of Jesus.

We believe that only Jesus can make our relationship with God work right.

We believe that the Bible is God’s truthful and reliable Word.

We believe that the Bible is relevant for every age and era, and as such, informs us about what God wants us to believe and how God wants us to live.

We believe that Jesus is God who became man; that he died to reconnect us with God; and that, having risen from the dead, He lives to help us live out His mission in our lives, and invites us, as his followers, to be part of bringing hope and healing to the world.

We believe our unique mission at Concordia is to build generations who live and love like Jesus.

Concordia holds to the faith of the historic Christian Church, as summarized in the Apostle’s Creed. Our denominational roots are in The Lutheran Church Missouri Synod.
